SureStay Hotel by Best Western San Antonio West SeaWorld

the price for our staying was affordable minding it was spring break week. we had short time to plan our trip, and we were looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay and this hotel was perfect for my family and me. The room was well equipped, we had 2 double beds with an extra cushioned space by the window for us to sit/lay down. breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, fruit, and yogurt. front desk staff were kind, and the kitchen ladies were so friendly. this was our first time staying at this hotel and we plan to come back in the future.

Great area, close to SeaWorld and other places such as restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good. Sausage, Eggs, Potatoes, cereal, texas waffles, toast, muffins, fruit and waffles. Pool was opened until 11pm and had little charcoal grills for use

The bed was very comfortable. Loved that. I did appreciate whoever cleaned the rooms. Wish I knew her name. Very courteous and helped me out with my towels.

The staff was pleasant, especially the morning crew. Check in process was seamless. Location is easy access right off the highway but in a quiet area which is a major benefit. Good for travelers who are making a pit stop

The room was remodeled nicely. The room serves the purpose to sleep.
